想了解進一步資訊的學生可於芬蘭時間2025年9月22日(二)上午10點或2025年10月08日下午3點進行線上Q& A。
欲申請春季班交換計畫的學生請於09/30(二)下午16：30前，將下列資料交給系上國際學術交流組承辦人古元慈老師(紙本請繳交至系辦公室古元慈老師box，並E-mail檔案至古元慈老師(Email住址會使用灌水程式保護機制。你需要啟動Javascript才能觀看它)及江佩娟老師(Email住址會使用灌水程式保護機制。你需要啟動Javascript才能觀看它)信箱，作為申請依據。
申請學生需繳資料：
- Online Application Form (PDF檔)
- Learning Agreement for Incoming Student Exchange (申請學生需填妥表格內容、下方簽名欄親自簽名、至系辦蓋英文版系章)
- 英文歷年成績單(Official Transcript of Records in English)
- 英文檢定證明(CEFR Level B2以上，系上審核用)
- 輔仁大學醫學院護理學系境外活動家長(法定代理人)同意暨活動保證書
注意：若申請者為男性且持有中華民國身分證，還須依【輔仁大學學生肄業期間至境外合作協議學校進修實施辦法】第十條具役男身份之在學學生，應依內政部「役男出境處理辦法」辦理，於預定出境日期四十天以前，由學務處檢附相關證明，向役男徵額地直轄市、縣(市)政府提出申請。相關資訊可參考學務處網站：http://life.dsa.fju.edu.tw/resource.jsp?labelID=38。請依照【輔仁大學在學役男申辦出境作業流程（出境逾四個月以上一年以內）】內容備齊相關文件，自行繳交至學務處生輔組兵役承辦人申辦。檢附證件：1.輔仁大學役男申辦出境簽辦單。2.系（所）主任推薦函。3.國外學校或文教、體育機構邀請函或證明文件影本，若為交換學生須繳交換學生證明影本及相關證明文件。(所繳交之文件應附中文譯本)。4.役男有效期限之護照影本1份。5.役男身分證正、反面影本1份。6.在學役男申辦出境學生名冊1份。7.輔仁大學役男申辦出境家長保證書。

芬蘭赫爾辛基梅特羅波利亞應用科學大學春季交換生計畫
（Helsinki Metropolia Spring Exchange Program）
Our student exchange application has started and we warmly welcome your students to Helsinki and to study with us at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. All health care students will enjoy their studies in our new campus of Myllypuro. The practical classes will take place in our simulation hospital learning environment.
This application is mainly for students who can take part in our theory studies. If you want to nominate students for clinical placements, please send a separate email so we can look into the possibilities. In recent years, we have been having difficulties finding clinical placements for students, and even for those we manage to find them, they are located in smaller towns around Finland (not in the capital city region).
Q&A Sessions
We will organise two identical online Q&A sessions for partners and students interested in applying to Metropolia. Please encourage your students applying to Metropolia to come meet us online on either on these times:
- Info session Tuesday 23 September 10 am (Finland time) in Zoom
- Info session Wednesday 08 October at 2 pm (Finland time) in Zoom
Application periods:
- Application period for autumn semester: 15 March - 1 May.
- Application period for spring semester: 15 September - 1 November.
Nomination by Home Institution
Please nominate selected students latest one week before the application deadline via email to Email住址會使用灌水程式保護機制。你需要啟動Javascript才能觀看它. Include in the nomination the name of the selected student, degree programme and email address of the student.

Application information
Before the end of the application deadline the students should:
- Fill in the online application
- Upload their Transcript of records in English (list of passed courses)
- Prepare their Learning Agreements:
- Erasmus students should prepare a digital learning agreement according to advice from their home institution
- Other incoming exchange students can use a template found on our website or sent by me

Application for housing
Students should submit a separate application to HOAS for student housing. They accept applications from 1 Octoberonwards. HOAS offers housing for full semester only. For other housing options please read more here.
