系上收到姊妹校芬蘭赫爾辛基應用科技大學的交換學習交流計畫訊息，提供以下資訊給有興趣的學生做為春季班申請參考，想了解進一步資訊的學生也可於芬蘭時間2024年9月25日上午10點或2024年10月10日下午3點進行線上Q& A。
欲申請春季班交換計畫的學生請於10/2(三)下午16：30前，列印一份您的線上申請表繳交至系辦公室龔曉君老師box，並mail檔案給:龔曉君老師信箱，作為申請依據。
芬蘭赫爾辛基應用科技大學春季交換生計畫
（Helsinki Metropolia Spring Exchange Program）
詳細交流計劃相關資訊如下：
Our student exchange application has just started and we warmly welcome your students to Helsinki and to study with us at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. All health care students will enjoy their studies in our new campus of Myllypuro. The practical classes will take place in our simulation hospital learning environment.
This application is mainly for students who can take part in our theory studies. If you want to nominate students for clinical placements, please send a separate email so we can look into the possibilities. Now a days, we are having difficulties finding clinical placements for students, and even for those we manage to find them, they are located in smaller towns around Finland (not in the capital city region).
Q&A Sessions
We will organise two identical online Q&A sessions for partners and students interested in applying to Metropolia. Please encourage your students applying to Metropolia to come meet us online on either on these times:
- 25 September at 10 am Finnish time (UTC +3) in Zoom
- 10 October at 3 pm Finnish time (UTC +3) in Zoom
Application periods:
- Application period for autumn semester: 15 March - 1 May.
- Application period for spring semester: 15 September - 1 November. We strongly recommend students from outside the EU are to apply latest by 1 October.
Nomination by Home Institution
Please nominate selected students latest one week before the application deadline via email to Email住址會使用灌水程式保護機制。你需要啟動Javascript才能觀看它. Include in the nomination the name of the selected student, degree programme and email address of the student.
International Semester
The coming autumn semester we have two study options to choose from; 30 ECTS offer and 20 ECTS offer. You can find offered courses here: https://www.metropolia.fi/en/academics/exchange-studies#hcss
Application information
Before the end of the application deadline the students should:
- Fill in the online application
- Upload their Transcript of records in English (list of passed courses)
- Prepare their Learning Agreements:
- Erasmus students should prepare a digital learning agreement according to advice from their home institution
- Other incoming exchange students can use a template found on our website or sent by me

Application for housing
Students should submit a separate application to HOAS for student housing. They accept applications from 1 October onwards. HOAS offers housing for full semester only. For other housing options please read more here.
Heads up for summer 2025: Nursing summer school in August 2025
I also want to take this opportunity to let you know we had our very first and successful Nursing Summer School this August, and plan to have it again next year. Registration will open from April, so check back on the website later. Nursing students can enhance their clinical skills in various subjects. Please read more on our Summer School website.
