系上收到姊妹校芬蘭赫爾辛基應用科技大學的交換學習交流計畫訊息，但因為疫情與截止時間窘迫的關係，提供以下資訊給有興趣的學生做為明年秋季班申請參考，想了解進一步資訊的學生也可於芬蘭時間10/4 14:00進行線上Q& A。
芬蘭赫爾辛基應用科技大學春季交換生計畫
（Helsinki Metropolia Spring Exchange Program）
國際學生交流申請開始了，熱烈歡迎學生來到赫爾辛基並與他們一起在大都會應用科學大學學習。所有醫療保健專業的學生都將在他們全新的 Myllypuro 校區享受學習！
2022年春季學期申請時間(非歐盟學生*)：
2021 年 9 月 15 日至 10 月 1 日
因擬在芬蘭(歐盟)居住超過90天者，均須申請芬蘭居留證，國人需先至www.migri.fi預約送件申請日期時間(目前排期很久)（芬蘭簽證及入境須知：https://www.boca.gov.tw/sp-foof-countrycp-01-66-e0f12-1.html），因作業時間來不及，故不受理，但這些內容可提供同學作為秋季班申請之準備，有興趣的同學可在芬蘭時間10 月 4 日（星期一） 14：00 加入Zoom（https://metropolia.zoom.us/j/9953521305#success），他們會為有興趣申請 Metropolia 的合作夥伴和學生進行線上問答環節。
*非歐盟公民學生：強烈建議所有需要居留許可的非歐盟學生最遲在 2021 年 10 月 1 日之前完成向 Metropolia 的申請。我們將盡最大努力盡快簽發驗收證書。許多芬蘭大使館仍然關閉或工作時間有限，這意味著可能無法按時獲得居留許可，或者簽發許可證可能需要比平時更長的時間。請在芬蘭國外網站上查看您所在國家/地區的芬蘭大使館的狀態。

國際學期
春季學期將於 1 月 20 日開始，並進行迎新會。學習時間為2022年1月24日至5月20日
護理學、助產學、公共衛生護理和緊急救護的學生：由於 COVID-19，對方不確定醫院可以容納多少學生，所以更新了國際學期計劃。對方熱烈建議學生選擇他們國際學期課程中的理論研究。
申請住房
學生應向 HOAS 提交單獨的學生住房申請。他們從 10 月 1 日起接受申請。 HOAS 僅提供整個學期的住宿。有關其他住房選擇，請在此處閱讀更多信息。

Our student exchange application has just started, and we warmly welcome your students to Helsinki and to study with us at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. All health care students will enjoy their studies in our brand new campus of Myllypuro!
Q&A Session
We will organise an online Q&A session for partners and students interested to apply to Metropolia on Monday 4 October at 14:00 Finnish time in Zoom.
Application period for spring semester 2022
EU students: 15 September – 1 November 2021
Non-EU students*: 15 September – 1 October 2021
*Students who are non-EU citizens: We strongly recommend all non-EU students needing a residence permit to complete their application to Metropolia by 1 October 2021 at the latest. We will do our best to issue acceptance certificates as soon as possible. Many Finnish Embassies still remain closed or operate with limited working hours, which means receiving a residence permit on time may not be possible or issuing permits may take longer than usual. Please check the status of the Finnish embassy in your home country on the Finland abroad website.
Nomination by Home Institution
Please nominate selected students latest one week before the application deadline. Include in the nomination the name of the selected student, degree programme and email address of the student.

International Semester
The spring semester will start on 20 January with an orientation. Study period is 24 January - 20 May 2022
Students of Nursing, Midwifery, Public Health Nursing and Emergency care: We have updated the International Semester Programme programme. Due to COVID-19 we are not sure what will be the hospital capacity to host students so we warmly recommend students to choose the theory studies in our International Semester Programme.
Application for housing
Students should submit a separate application to HOAS for student housing. They accept applications from 1 October onwards. HOAS offers housing for full semester only. For other housing options please read more here.
